Introductory Consultation

15 minute consultation to determine the nature and scope of the work that we will accomplish together – during this time we will ask questions that will help us understand your concerns and priorities, so that we can co-create an assessment and/or treatment plan that will best meet your needs. We will also use this time to answer any questions you may have and help you better understand the assessment and/or treatment process.

Special Education Consultation

Consultation involves a focused, collaborative meeting to address specific educational or psychological concerns. This may include listening carefully to your observations/experiences, clarifying goals, reviewing relevant records (assessment reports, IEPs, etc.), and identifying potential next steps. Based on this process, specific recommendations will be provided in support of your child’s learning and well-being at home and at school.

IEP/504 Plan Review & Preparation

IEP/504 review and preparation entails the following: review of IEP/504 documents and evaluations; analysis of goals, services, and accommodations; and a written summary with recommendations and questions for the IEP/504 team.

Evaluation Review & Interpretation

Evaluation review and interpretation includes review of district or independent evaluations to help families understand findings and implications for educational planning. This includes: interpretation of assessment data and conclusions, alignment of results with eligibility and service recommendations, and written feedback tailored for IEP discussion
